User Interface Developer
The Paliwoda Group is seeking an outstanding User Interface engineer. Help us develop a website that entices, educates and keeps people coming back. We seek experienced engineers to design and develop the front end of our website. The developer will collaborate with our designers, scientists and writers to build the overall customer experience. The website will be highly dynamic and interactive.
Location: USA - New York City
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Product Managers to determine technical specifications for web application user interfaces.
Implement user interfaces in DHTML/XHTML/CSS/Javascript/AJAX.
Collaborate with designers to develop appropriate UI.
Develop and maintain internal user interface frameworks and libraries.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's in Computer Science or higher, plus 2-4 years experience (new grads also welcome to apply).
DHTML/XHTML/CSS/Javascript/AJAX website implementation.
Experience with server-side LAMP stack, including web programming in PHP, Python, or Perl and server-side AJAX.
Framework/library design, implementation, and maintenance experience a plus; Familiarity with Javascript/AJAX frameworks and libraries such as Prototype, Dojo.
MySQL database experience also a plus.
An interest in healthcare, society and the betterment of mankind.
